If you are thinking about purchasing a property in Spain, I would absolutely recommend that the first thing you do is look at the Rayos de Sol website and contact Marco and Yvonne Klomp. That’s what I did and I can honestly say they made a fairly difficult procedure very straightforward. The fact that Marco and Yvonne speak Spanish is a massive advantage, however their in depth knowledge of all the aspects of buying in Property in Spain makes every step straightforward and understandable.

Buying in Spain is a big decision, but with the correct professional support by people who know exactly what they are doing makes a difficult and worrying process very easy. At no stage in the process did Marco and Yvonne push in into making any quick decisions. They understood what type property I was looking for, the location I was interested in and kept within my planned budget. Yvonne arranged viewings and accompanied us to view the chosen properties, allowing plenty time to discuss our needs, likes and dislikes of each property, the request to view the same property 4 times !! was no problem.

Once the final decision was made Marco and Yvonne advised and supported us in relation to all the legal aspects of purchasing in Spain. They recommended and introduced us to a solicitor, who was excellent and once Power of Attorney was provided the house sale procedure went ahead.

I returned to England knowing that I had made the right decision and had complete peace of mind knowing that I had left the ongoing procedure’s in the hands of Marco and Yvonne. As agreed, Marco and Yvonne were in contact me on a very regular basis and were always available if I needed to speak to them. Throughout the who process I had numerous questions, this was no problem to Marco an Yvonne – their patient and professional attitude was constantly maintained and it was a pleasure doing business and making friends with the whole family.

In addition to all of the above, when I obtained the keys to the house I needed to buy furniture etc, Marco and Yvonne arranged appointments at excellent furniture shops, taking me there in person and helped choose all the items and negotiated a good discount. They even were available at my property when it was delivered.
