We had our house up for sale with two other agents for six months and although we were told we had a few viewers, (because we were back in UK), we never had any feedback. When we came back out to Spain in August, we noticed that the house across the road had been sold by Rayos de Sol so we contacted them and arranged for them to put our house on the market with them. In just under two weeks, the house was sold. The whole process went very smoothly thanks to Marco & Yvonne’s guidance, helping to take the pressure out of moving.
