As you approach the property, the first thing you'll notice is where the current owners have built out from the front of the property to create a longer entrance hall and more internal space. Once inside the property, to the left, you have the kitchen is fully fitted with all the expected appliances and has access to both the outdoor dining area. The kitchen has also been extended into was used to be the outdoor utility area, again creating more internal space, storage space, and making use of what is usually a neglected part of this property type.
