Having decided to purchase a property in Spain, we were recommended to use Rayos de Sol as our Estate Agent. However being cautious and wanting to maximise our viewings in the time we had available we also viewed properties with another agent. This turned out to be unnecessary as Yvonne was clearly a much better Agent and more knowledgable in this area. She took the time to ask us what we were looking for and identify potential homes for us to visit. Local knowledge was invaluable when we identified San Cayetano as the village for us. Following the purchase of our new home, Yvonne has continued to maintain contact and has given very sound advice in relation to lots of new home owner questions. She has gone over and above all of our expectations and we are delighted with the service she has provided. Helping us open our bank account and acting as our translator when we were struggling with our Spanish was very much appreciated. We love our new home in the sunshine and without Yvonne and Marco and the assistance they gave we could still be searching!
