My wife and I were looking around for a villa in or near San Cayetano and contacted Rayos de sol having just seen a car with the name on it.
I spoke with Yvon and we were shown a couple of places and then came across a villa that they had just taken on their books just on the outskirts of the village. It had been converted from a 3 bedroom villa to a 2 bedroom making a large kitchen/dining area. It was also an end plot which would give us a garden om 3 sides and was overlooking the pool, ideal for our grandaughter.

We said yes, and that was all we had to do. A meeting was set up with the solicitor, a bank contacted for our mortgage, paid a deposit and carried on with our holiday. Contact was kept up all through the buying process and we had a call about 8 weeks later to say everything had been completed.

We collected the keys from Yvon, the house had been cleaned for us and a welcome card and flowers on the table. Who could ask for more?
