A privileged green area close to three fantastic golf courses (Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor), and eight minutes from the beautiful beaches and coves of Orihuela Costa. The architecture in the area is also special. The four-storey apartment building was built in Moorish style with blue-yellow tiles and turrets. The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, extractor hood, microwave. The living room also has a marble top with a TV, DVD player and a small bookcase. There is also a well-functioning air conditioning for both cooling and heating on cold days. On the top floor of the building there is a communal roof terrace, where you can sunbathe and enjoy the surroundings with sea views. Outside the high season, you are often the only person present in the garden, in the swimming pool and on the roof terrace (elevator and stairs). That feels like everything about you is private! The apartment is easily accessible and is located 3-4 km from the beaches/coves of La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig and less than 1 km from the center of Villamartin. The famous Plaza of Villamartin, with many restaurants and bars, is a nice central location for eating out and there is also a dancing! From Villamartin there is a bus connection to Torrevieja, Cabo Roig and Campoamor.
