Floor and wall tiles, worktops, built-in appliances, used colors, etc. can usually be chosen from a number of variants. This allows you to personalize your home and make it your own style from the start.

Warranty and maintenance costs when purchasing a new-build property

Buying a newbuild property in Spain offers another important advantage: You buy a house with a guarantee. Thereby there is a 1 year warranty on the property with regard to material and defects. The project developers are also obliged to give a 10-year guarantee on the construction of the house.

In terms of maintenance costs you will certainly have an advantage in the first years. After all; you buy a new property so all materials are new and have no wear. Consider, for example, the boiler, electrical appliances, but certainly also window frames and sliding windows / doors.
