Yvonne Kesler

As co-owner of Rayos de Sol, I am (almost) always there for our customers. We have been living in Spain for more than 10 years now and I have been running my own real estate agency with great pleasure for almost as long. My passion for guiding customers and my interest in the Spanish real estate market are the basic elements for achieving our goal; a satisfied customer!

My experience in buying/selling, supplemented with the official training as a registered real estate agent, are of great importance to guide the customer with a safe purchase every time. A basis; because we always advise using a lawyer, which we can recommend to you. In addition, we will of course guide you in everything that comes with a purchase; from opening a bank account to completely furnishing your home. In this way, we are happy to help you purchase without any worries.

Marco Klomp

As an ex-financial with a lot of experience as a project controller in large construction projects, I can say that I am not a “standard” real estate agent. When we emigrated to Spain over 10 years ago, I continued to carry out my assignments in the Netherlands and flew back and forth for the client every week. However, my interest in Spanish real estate was high and due to my involvement from the start of Rayos de Sol, this has only grown further. It soon became clear that my passion lies in guiding clients in realizing their dream; the purchase of a Spanish home.

In the meantime, we have lived in Spain for over 10 years and I work full-time for Rayos de Sol. Where Yvonne has a lot of sales experience, I have a lot of knowledge of contracts, administrative matters, ROI calculations, but certainly also good construction knowledge due to my background as a project controller in the construction world. Of course, I also followed the training for registered real estate agent in Spain and I speak fluent Spanish - so I ensure as a spider in the web that everything goes well in realizing your dream!

Mitchell Kesler

Within Rayos de Sol, I am the first point of contact in the Netherlands for many people. I speak with interested clients before they attend an information evening, or when they want to know more about the regions, properties, rental opportunities, or the purchasing process in Spain.

In those initial conversations, the focus is primarily on listening and thinking along. What are your dreams? A lovely place for family vacations? A property to rent out? An investment for the future? Or perhaps a combination of personal use and return on investment? By calmly discussing these wishes, it often quickly becomes clear which direction might be interesting.

I am happy to help you organize your initial questions. I think along with you about your plans, explain how the process works, and ensure that you are well-prepared for an information evening or follow-up meeting. I can also explain in advance which regions align well with your wishes and where Yvonne and Marco in Spain can assist you further.

My role is to make the first step accessible, personal, and familiar. This way, you know where you stand and can discover with peace of mind whether a house in Spain suits you.

Femke De Kruif

Within Rayos de Sol, I focus primarily on everything that helps you get acquainted with buying a home in Spain in a pleasant and clear manner. Think of our information evenings, events, newsletters, and the stories we share about the different regions and properties.

I enjoy bringing together practical information, inspiration, and personal experiences. After all, buying a house in Spain often doesn't start immediately with a single specific property. Sometimes it begins with a dream, a holiday feeling, a wish for the future, or the idea of getting more out of your savings with a second home in the sun.
