Villa in Moraira, Costa Blanca

Located in Verde Pino, Moriara, this villa is just a short drive from the centre of Moraira with its wonderful selection of restaurants, bars, shops and a family-friendly sandy beach. Even closer we have El Portet beach, a stunning bay with turquoise water and several restaurants overlooking the sea. This villa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac road with the entrance via a vehicle gate to the paved driveway where there is parking for several cars. All around the villa there is an attractive, low maintenance garden with beautiful Mediterranean plants including three feature palm trees in the front garden. From the driveway and through the front door, we enter directly into the bright and spacious open plan kitchen / living and dining room. The kitchen is fully fitted complete with a small breakfast bar. The lounge room is spacious with room for several sofas and the dining area is at the far end and currently seats eight people comfortably with beautiful open views and also views of the pool. Next to the dining room, there is a glass door that leads outside to a terrace set with a couple of tables and chairs, ready for your morning coffee! On the other side there is another terrace, this one is much larger and set with outdoor dining furniture where you can enjoy al-fresco meals. There is a hallway next to the kitchen where there are two double bedrooms both with built-in wardrobes and they share a family size shower room. Via a staircase we go down to the lower level where there is a large pool terrace, a large rectangular pool and a separate guest apartment. The terrace area is very spacious with lots of room for sunbeds and it has sun all day being South facing. At one end of the terrace, there is a BBQ with a shaded Gazebo next to it, ideal for entertaining poolside and fun, family dinners. The separate guest apartment is also on this level below the main villa and comprises of two double bedrooms, a family bathroom plus a useful shaded Naya with a sink & fridge that can also be used as a laundry /utility space. From the pool terrace, there are steps down to an additional surprise terrace that is currently used for volleyball and games but it could be a nice private spot for a jacuzzi!
