Despite of the pandemic and the sanitary restrictions, I was able to realize my dream and buy a second residence in Spain, thanks to Rayos de Sol (Marco Klomp) and my lawyer ( Samantha Chaulet).
This is how the purchase went:
I first found the property of my choosing on the website Kyero.com. Then I contacted Rayos del Sol (Marco) to fix an online visit by video, I couldn't go physically because of Covid 19. During the online video visit, Mr Marco gave a professional tour of the house and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, I didn't like the house so he offered me to visit another one. After visiting the second house, I was satisfied and I made an offer that was accepted by the owner of the house.
One day later, Marco sent me the reservation contract that I signed and obviously, I paid an advance. And so I am practically the owner because I don't need to do anything else (I just need to foresee the money to pay the house), and this thanks to the mandate I gave to my lawyer ( Samantha Chaulet), who was recommended by Marco. My lawyer took care of everything for the purchase with honesty and professionalism. Thanks to her, I bought the house feeling calm and without any problems.
